Our goal was to raise awareness of SMIL's services without overwhelming audiences with clinical jargon or unsettling imagery.
To change the tone, we turned to animation - a powerful medium for reshaping SMIL's image. By moving from clinical realism to approachable storytelling, we transformed their brand from intimidating to welcoming. This shift allowed the healthcare provider to humanize its messaging and create a more inviting brand experience.
